This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Ensure adherence to relevant GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures while keeping them up to date.
• Meet or surpass annual revenue and profit targets for the designated region while managing a specific budget for expenses.
• Conduct scheduled personalized sales presentations to surgeons, operating room personnel, and administrative staff at facilities within the assigned region.
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting to facilitate lead sharing.
• Maintain, analyze, and leverage territory records and additional information to efficiently organize, strategize, execute, and assess outcomes.
• Educate and follow up with surgeons, operating room staff, and administration regarding the operation, utilization, and application of our products to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
• Deliver timely, precise, and constructive written and verbal communications to management concerning anticipated sales and planned monthly activities.
• Operate a specific cost center (business) to manage sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, and updates related to opportunities, leads, and the sales funnel.
• Identify and develop synergy opportunities with other Zeiss companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and corporate partners when such initiatives arise.
• Create and implement innovative and profitable marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the representative's region.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over five (5+) years of sales experience.
• Advanced level of technical and clinical product knowledge.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Develop expertise in product application and implications for practice management.
• Must possess a valid motor vehicle license and be capable of safely operating a motor vehicle.
