This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Drive the generation of new business sales and profits (P&L) within a designated territory.
• Dedicate to meeting an annual sales budget and create a comprehensive business plan to fulfill territory goals.
• Project the monthly equipment pipeline accurately.
• Achieve or surpass yearly revenue and profit targets while managing a specified expense budget.
• Conduct personalized sales presentations for surgeons, operating room personnel, and administrative staff as scheduled.
• Collaborate effectively in a team setting to facilitate lead sharing.
• Partner with Posterior and Anterior specialists to ensure optimal account management following equipment sales.
• Maintain, analyze, and leverage territory records and other data to organize, plan, execute, and evaluate outcomes.
• Educate and follow up with surgeons, operating room staff, and administration on product operation, utilization, and applications.
• Provide timely, precise, and constructive written and verbal communications to management regarding anticipated sales and planned monthly activities.
• Manage a designated cost center to regulate sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable.
• Keep SFDC reports, dashboards, and updates current for opportunities, leads, and the sales funnel.
• Identify and implement synergy opportunities among ZEISS companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and corporate partners.
• Create and execute innovative and profitable marketing strategies tailored to specific regional demands.
• Complete all required paperwork and information requests promptly.
• Maintain updates in SFDC, Concur, Fleet, CurioZ, and other relevant systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of five (5+) years of sales experience.
• High level of technical and clinical product knowledge.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Outstanding negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Expertise in product application and understanding of practice management implications.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Stay updated on and comply with relevant GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
