Senior Epic Systems Analyst – Cadance, GrandCentral, Prelude

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design, development, and execution of builds on specialized projects within Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and refine requirements, map current workflows, and design Epic builds that align with operational objectives and policies.

• Oversee smaller projects associated with system implementations and enhancements.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations and processes.

• Configure records, master files, and tools in accordance with the approved design.

• Create and implement test plans; document and resolve defects; maintain test evidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

• At least 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare setting.

• Familiarity with Epic applications and healthcare workflows (clinical, revenue cycle, or IT experience).

• Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, workflow design, and testing.

• Knowledge of ITIL, change control, SDLC practices, system governance, and both waterfall and agile project methodologies.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clinical and operational stakeholders, as well as managed service providers, while producing clear documentation.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

• Certified in Epic Training Environment Build with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Application Training role.

• Possession of 2 Epic Application Principal Trainer certifications for the Application Training role.

• Current Epic Certification or proficiency in one or more relevant modules for the Application Build role (preferred).
