Senior Epic Certified Systems Analyst – Community Connect, MyChart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Implements and oversees EpicCare systems and databases to guarantee optimal performance. Analyzes new releases and assesses their impact on workflow.

• Specifies changes to application software or databases to enhance system functions or features.

• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases, and system enhancements. Manages all testing phases and supports the Lead/Project Manager in project scope and work efforts.

• Oversees intricate IT projects/products to deliver automated solutions that fulfill Inova Health System's business requirements utilizing the EpicCare solution.

• Identifies issues for resolution while promptly escalating and communicating status updates to management.

• Engages in and conducts technical and application reviews to assess feasibility, cost, and value for Inova. Coordinates vendor demonstrations, site visits, and reference calls.

• Recommends training programs for team members/analysts and aids in the creation and execution of training and mentoring initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree; or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant professional experience beyond the minimum required; or a HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant professional experience beyond the minimum required.

• **Experience:** 3 years of experience in Epic build and implementation; 3 years of project management experience in hospital or healthcare settings.

• **Certification:** Epic certification in MyChart is mandatory.

• **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior Community Connect experience is preferred.
