Senior Epic Certified HB Clarity Report Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and data solutions that support Revenue Cycle operations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert operational and reporting requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Optimize and manage SQL Server environments, ETL processes, and reporting platforms.

• Create and sustain integrations and automated workflows across various systems.

• Provide support for Epic Clarity reporting and data extraction related to Hospital Billing (HB).

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across applications, databases, and reporting layers.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across all solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to promote continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of hospital Revenue Cycle operations, encompassing patient accounting, billing, claims, and collections processes.

• Demonstrated experience in executing core MS SQL Server DBA tasks, such as indexing, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management.

• A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in designing, building, debugging, and optimizing complex SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages.

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET C# web application development.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing advanced SSRS reports, including matrix and intricately formatted reporting layouts.

• At least 1 year of experience in developing and managing enterprise workflows utilizing JAMS Scheduler.

• Active Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Clarity Report Writer certification is mandatory.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
