This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Conducts meetings with end-users and offers a high level of expertise in operational processes and application development.
• Executes advanced design, construction, and implementation tasks/projects.
• Initiates, facilitates, or leads discussions with end-users/business stakeholders and other EIS teams.
• May take the lead on team projects, interpreting user needs and managing expectations effectively.
• Engages in the re-engineering of operational workflows in collaboration with end-users/business owners.
• Supplies expert knowledge in design integration and its connections with other Epic modules and/or additional applications.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Epic Cadence design, build, and implementation.
• Required experience in Decision Tree design and build, ideally 2+ years.
• Preferred experience in Provider Template Optimization, Visit type consolidation, Department and Provider, and Referrals build.
• Experience in project management.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Epic Cadence Certification is mandatory.
• Decision Tree Badge is preferred.
