This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver clinical and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system, as well as all CAS products.
• Provide education and training for physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical aspects related to CAS products and associated procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Comprehend and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to meet or surpass sales targets across all CAS products.
• Foster and develop customer relationships that lead to additional business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to pinpoint potential sales opportunities.
• Work together with the local sales team to implement customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Communicate and collaborate with the regional sales and clinical teams.
• Act as a proficient Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, services, and support.
• Function as a regional advocate to share your expertise and inspire others to excel in the mapping technology.
• High school diploma along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Associate degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Demonstrated success with technical training assignments.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, within a hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
• Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time.
