This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• We are looking for a Senior Environmental Service Line Manager who has established relationships with clients to provide expert guidance, leadership, technical expertise, consultation, and support to specialists and professionals in the Texas environmental sectors.
• This role will be a key contributor in Texas and the Gulf Coast region, focusing on driving profitable growth within the environmental consulting disciplines.
• You will direct projects and manage critical client relationships, including overseeing staff development and identifying new business opportunities with assistance from our business development team.
• Act as a consultant coordinating internal personnel and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Provide cost engineering analysis and conduct environmental risk assessments for various environmental projects.
• Ensure compliance and review regulations, while interacting with regulatory agencies.
• Serve as a mentor, offering guidance to project managers and facilitating the professional growth of both senior and junior staff.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and oversee projects within your areas of expertise.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Review the outputs of others to ensure that all work meets or exceeds client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Represent EFI Global in meetings and forums with clients from government, public service, or private sector organizations.
• Promote EFI Global's capabilities to enhance business opportunities with both new and existing client companies; aid in business and marketing development.
• Complete project tasks in line with standard operating procedures to ensure the full scope of work is met.
• Inform the immediate supervisor of any necessary deviations from standards or scope of assignment and recommend suitable actions.
• Summarize field sample data and laboratory results, producing reports that convey pertinent information regarding field and laboratory data.
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety programs while utilizing personal protective equipment.
• Complete project tasks within the established budgetary schedule and assist with the invoicing process.
• A preferred bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines, from an accredited college or university.
• Current Training Certificates or Professional Licensure (e.g., P.G/P.E.) are preferred.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant and practical work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
• Extensive knowledge in your area of expertise, along with familiarity with general terms, conditions, nomenclature, and principles associated with the Environmental Services industry or related specialty area.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation skills.
• Competence in using personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Excellent organizational skills are a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven management and leadership abilities.
• Capability to produce comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
