This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate instructor-led seminars and provide on-site training programs focused on environmental and safety regulations.
• Keep training materials up to date, including presentations, manuals, and course content.
• Carry out environmental compliance audits and inspections.
• Assist with permitting activities and projects related to regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to business development efforts and the creation of new training offerings.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and strive to exceed client expectations.
• Create computer-based training modules for both existing and new regulatory requirements.
• Produce customer-specific computer-based training materials.
• Execute services as designated for both internal and external clients within your area of expertise.
• Serve as a resource for both external and internal customers.
• Follow up with class participants to aid in the development of new business opportunities and enhance classes.
• Foster business relationships with customers and develop profiles that outline specific situations, strategies, and plans.
• Create value-added strategies tailored for each customer.
• Suggest and develop new seminars and services in response to customer needs and market opportunities.
• Promote services and products while maintaining client target lists.
• Conduct both public and private seminars, either on-site or via webcast.
• Address student inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Stay informed about services, products, as well as legal, technical, and regulatory advancements.
• Investigate new regulations, services, and products.
• Assess services and products.
• Organize and execute seminar activities related to any new regulatory requirements, which includes creating new materials and slides.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in the environmental sector.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental compliance.
• Proven experience in delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
