
Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – Industrial Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing the entire sales cycle of our software solution in the industrial sector (from initial contact to contract finalization)
• Development and successful completion of new customer projects
• Management of complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
• Conducting contract negotiations and independently closing deals
• Proactively reaching out to and acquiring new industrial companies
• Establishing relevant contacts in defined target industries
• Participating in industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities
• Utilizing speaking opportunities and professional formats
• Supporting the initial customer phase post-contract signing to ensure successful implementation of the solution
• Several years of experience in enterprise software sales
• Experience in selling complex software solutions
• Existing network and relevant contacts in the industrial (IT) sector
• Strong understanding of industrial digitalization / Industry 4.0
• Independent and responsible working style
• High self-motivation and enthusiasm for developing new markets
• Interest in innovative technologies and digital trends
• Ideally, initial exposure to topics such as digital twins, interoperability, data platforms, or asset administration shells
• Fluent in both German and English
• Significant scope for creativity within a growing sales organization
• High degree of responsibility and the opportunity to actively shape processes and structures
