This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Drive Revenue: Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly revenue goals, taking complete ownership of the sales process—from planning and prospecting to nurturing and closing strategic accounts.
• Deliver Value: Clearly communicate NavVis’ value proposition within the processing industry, showcasing how our solutions facilitate measurable digital transformation for enterprise clients.
• Build Market Awareness: Enhance market awareness by establishing a strong market presence, formulating targeted account strategies, and managing intricate sales engagements.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships, championing your clients' needs and ensuring their long-term success.
• Collaborate to Win: Work in conjunction with our Enterprise teams—including Enterprise Business Development, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Customer Experience, and leadership—to align on territory strategy, overcome challenges, and achieve common objectives.
• Significant experience (typically 5+ years) managing the complete sales cycle for enterprise software solutions, with measurable success in the processing industry (e.g., Oil & Gas—onshore or offshore—Chemical, or Energy sectors).
• Proven ability to generate and nurture new business opportunities, guiding prospects from initial engagement through proof-of-concept and complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Strategic and consultative sales approach, paired with determination and accountability for results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages (such as Dutch, French, or German) is considered a plus.
• Currently residing in the Netherlands, or willing and legally eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Flexibility and readiness to travel throughout the EMEA region as business needs arise (approximately 30–40%).
