This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process — from outbound prospecting to closing deals — within large, intricate enterprise accounts.
• Actively seek new business opportunities — intentionally build your pipeline rather than waiting for it to develop on its own.
• Interact with senior executives (C-suite and VP level) to identify business challenges and align them with AI and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft field teams to co-sell and generate joint opportunities that align with key solutions (AI, Data, Security, Fabric, Copilot).
• Develop and strengthen relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem to enhance leverage and access.
• Lead significant, complex pursuits, including proposals, RFPs, and deal strategies across internal teams.
• Establish Quisitive as a trusted partner rather than merely a vendor.
• Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar ($5M+) enterprise technology deals.
• Possess a true hunter mentality — self-driven, competitive, and comfortable initiating pipeline from scratch.
• Strong, established experience collaborating with Microsoft and navigating the partner ecosystem.
• Proven history of selling to Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, or HLS accounts.
• Ability to sell business outcomes rather than just services or technology.
• Comfortable managing lengthy and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence when engaging clients — someone who earns clients' trust swiftly.
