
Senior Enterprise Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract finalization for enterprise clients.
• Engage with intricate legacy technology organizations throughout the Bay Area.
• Present persuasive product demonstrations covering CMS, workflow automation, and AI-driven content management scenarios.
• Convert technical features into measurable business advantages for various stakeholders, including Marketing, Web, Engineering, RevOps, Security, and Procurement.
• Create and refine outbound messaging, segmentation, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria in close collaboration with both product and growth teams.
• Work with Product and Customer Success teams to offer insights and enhance product market alignment.
• Uphold a disciplined approach to pipeline management, provide accurate forecasts, and consistently surpass revenue targets.
• Organize fireside chats and intimate executive events in the Bay Area to generate leads and strengthen ties with key accounts.
• Travel regularly to San Jose to engage with strategic clients and conduct in-person assessments, workshops, and executive reviews.
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete cycle of enterprise sales, preferably within a rapidly growing startup or an innovative company.
• Familiarity with selling marketing technology, workflow automation solutions, or AI-focused platforms.
• Strong technical skills and comfort in showcasing product capabilities, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to navigate large, intricate enterprise settings with numerous stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
• Consultative sales approach with the skill to identify hidden challenges, customize solutions, and instill urgency.
• Works with a high degree of ownership, independence, and accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Resides in the Bay Area with a willingness to travel frequently to San Jose as per account requirements and business prospects.
