Senior Engineering Manager, India Engineering Leader

📋 Description

• Oversee two engineering teams responsible for developing and maintaining essential integrations

• Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Sales departments

• Guarantee customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues

• Lead by guiding other leaders with an emphasis on people management and organizational well-being

• Take charge of technical strategy and architectural decisions

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in engineering

• 4+ years of experience in managing engineering teams

• Background as a manager of managers

• Capability to mentor senior engineers in technical leadership

• Familiarity with performance management processes

• Experience in team management and achieving team performance goals

• Proficient in AI tools and technologies relevant to engineering

• Strong customer empathy skills

• Exceptional communication abilities
