Senior Engineering Manager – Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of high-performing, modular, and accessible frontend systems.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define and fulfill our product roadmap.

• Advocate for user experience through active participation in dogfooding, feedback mechanisms, and usability enhancements.

• Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and teamwork within a globally distributed team.

• Mentor and nurture engineers, supporting their technical and professional development.

• Steer initiatives aimed at modernizing our frontend technology stack, enhancing reliability, and boosting performance at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on frontend or full-stack development.

• 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring engineers (4–8 individuals) within a distributed setting.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript and React, including React Native for mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and responsive UI design.

• Demonstrated success in effectively collaborating with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.

• A passion for creating delightful, high-quality user experiences in dynamic, product-driven environments.
