Senior Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide multiple Engineering Managers in a managerial capacity.

• Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer or Head of Engineering.

• Collaborate closely with the Group Product Manager and Product Design Manager.

• Work in partnership with other Senior Engineering Managers.

• Assess developers’ strengths and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Foster developer growth and leadership within the senior technical community.

• Implement processes as the team expands.

• Lead or actively participate in cross-team and transversal initiatives.

• Assist in scaling the Pennylane application to exceed 700,000 customers.

• Engage in onboarding, technical training, quality and efficiency enhancements, and team engagement activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing engineering teams, including oversight of managers.

• Proficient in English.

• Must possess the right to work within the European Union.

• No visa sponsorship is available.

• Hiring is restricted to candidates located in Europe.

• Proven experience in engineering management, senior engineering leadership, and cross-team initiatives.
