This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete delivery process for the Data Center practice, overseeing personnel, processes, partner resources, and performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Act as the main executive escalation contact for critical delivery risks, project challenges, and significant customer situations that require senior-level intervention.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architecture teams to ensure offerings are market-ready, correctly scoped, and executable at an enterprise scale before signing.
• Ensure all projects adhere to commitments regarding timelines, budgets, and quality standards through strict resource alignment, partner strategy, and enforcement of delivery standards.
• Develop scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks for large-scale data center deployments, colocation facility constructions, and multi-site national infrastructure rollouts.
• Define and maintain service delivery standards for physical infrastructure, including structured cabling (copper and fiber optic), hardware installation, rack configuration and labeling, and physical layer testing and certification.
• Maintain delivery readiness post-signature by proactively managing resource capacity, partner engagement, and subcontractor performance.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to define service offerings, branding strategies, and industry positioning that enhance practice growth and market presence.
• Partner with clients to develop strategic infrastructure roadmaps spanning a 3–10-year horizon, creating scalable, resilient environments aligned with contemporary data workflows.
• Conduct facility assessments and due diligence on data center sites to facilitate informed decisions on infrastructure investments and developments.
• Work alongside peer practice areas — including Advisory, Cloud Migration, Intelligent Ops, and Managed Services — to ensure cohesive, integrated solution delivery.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key technology partners: Dell, Cisco, Pure Storage, NetApp, Vast Data, Rubrik, Cohesity, and NVIDIA.
• Supervise the delivery of enterprise compute solutions which include server platforms, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), and virtualization from Dell and Cisco.
• Direct the design and deployment of both on-premises and hybrid infrastructure architectures, ensuring seamless connectivity and workload mobility between on-prem data centers and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Guide technical teams in sizing, configuring, and deploying leading platforms including Dell PowerEdge/PowerFlex, Cisco UCS/HyperFlex, Pure Storage FlashArray/FlashBlade, NetApp ONTAP, and Vast Data Universal Storage.
• Lead the delivery of NVIDIA-based AI infrastructure solutions, encompassing DGX systems, HGX platforms, AI Enterprise software stack, and networking (InfiniBand, NVLink, Spectrum-X Ethernet).
• Oversee the design and deployment of AI-ready data centers engineered for next-generation workloads, addressing challenges such as extreme power density, advanced cooling (liquid, direct-to-chip), high-performance interconnects, and dense GPU/accelerator layouts.
• Ensure delivery teams receive training and certification on NVIDIA AI platforms, enabling them to execute at scale for enterprise and hyperscale customers.
• Drive the delivery of data protection solutions that cover backup, recovery, ransomware resilience, and disaster recovery to ensure high availability and rapid incident response for customers.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of enterprise data protection platforms such as Rubrik Security Cloud, Cohesity DataProtect, and related backup/recovery solutions.
• Ensure delivery teams can implement and validate data protection architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Conduct or oversee data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), audits, and risk mitigation reviews during solution delivery and handover.
• Serve as the acknowledged technical authority on Data Center technologies, providing guidance to customers, prospects, and internal teams on best practices and architectural standards for delivery.
• Provide engineering leadership and quality review to ensure appropriate scoping, resource utilization, and technical accuracy across all delivery engagements.
• Support laboratory environments, proof-of-concept initiatives, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, and standardized Statement of Work (SOW) development.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution documentation to bolster pre-sales efforts.
