Senior Engineer – Infrastructure as Code, IaC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Lead developer for the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) service

• Responsible for the architecture, code organization, and technical strategy

• Engage directly with automation code (Ansible, Python, scripting)

• Collaborate intensively with the Service Owner and various stakeholders

• Mentor and support fellow contributors through technical guidance and reviews

• Automate provisioning and infrastructure management using code

• Enable rapid and reproducible deployment of testing and engineering environments

• Implement standardization, security enhancements, and policy-driven configurations from the outset

• Optimize hardware utilization through on-demand environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in infrastructure automation and platform engineering

• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code methodologies

• Proficient in Windows-based systems

• Engineering-focused mindset emphasizing structure, quality, and maintainability

• Capable of assuming technical ownership and collaborating across teams

• Experience in security hardening and policy-oriented infrastructure setups (Nice to Have)

• Background in DevOps / SecDevOps within enterprise settings (Nice to Have)
