Senior Engineer – Infrastructure as Code, IaC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Lead developer for the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) service

• Responsible for the architecture, code organization, and technical strategy

• Engage directly with automation code (Ansible, Python, scripting)

• Collaborate effectively with the Service Owner and various stakeholders

• Provide guidance and support to other contributors through technical mentoring and code reviews

• Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure via code

• Enable fast and consistent deployment of testing and engineering environments

• Implement standardization, security hardening, and policy-based configurations from the outset

• Optimize hardware utilization through on-demand environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid foundation in infrastructure automation and platform engineering

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code methodologies

• Familiarity with Windows-based environments

• Engineering-oriented mindset focused on structure, quality, and maintainability

• Capable of taking technical ownership and collaborating across teams

• Preferred: Experience in security hardening and policy-driven infrastructure configurations

• Background in DevOps / SecDevOps within enterprise settings
