📋 Description

• You effectively scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium to large features while actively minimizing technical debt across projects or products.

• You comply with established team protocols, ensuring a consistent and reliable delivery of features to production.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teammates, external teams, and client stakeholders to guarantee that quality considerations are incorporated at every stage of the SDLC.

• Test Planning and Design: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and relevant documentation that align with software specifications and user requirements to ensure thorough testing of features and functionalities.

• Bug Tracking and Resolution: Use bug-tracking tools to document, prioritize, and manage defects. Facilitate communication across teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

• Quality Metrics and Standards: Set and enforce standards and best practices. Monitor metrics to evaluate the quality of the software throughout the SDLC.

• Automate Testing Processes: Aim to enhance test coverage, speed, and accuracy to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and recommend new QA tools, frameworks, and techniques, fostering innovation and remaining updated with industry trends and best practices.

• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that testing procedures align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, preparing documentation for audit purposes.

• Performance and Security Testing: Execute performance and security testing in accordance with best practices and business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with over 8 years of development experience.

• Proficiency in Java / Springboot.

• Experience with at least two of the following: GoLang, Python, Angular, or TypeScript, and Java.

• Cloud experience, preferably with AWS.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.

• Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines from code commit to production deployment.

• Strong relational database experience, such as with PostgreSQL.

• Experience with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides.

• Experience in building or integrating RESTful APIs that comply with FHIR specifications.

• Understanding of FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability patterns.

• Experience handling healthcare data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data.

• Knowledge of digital quality measurement concepts, including eCQM and dQM.

• Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or exposure to measure logic execution.

• Experience with FHIR servers, such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms.

• Experience in designing or consuming FHIR resources like Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation.

• Understanding of data validation, data quality, and regulatory reporting constraints in healthcare systems.
