This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and manage Exchange Online services, encompassing mailboxes, groups, rules, and policies.
• Establish and uphold email authentication and security protocols via Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection.
• Diagnose, identify, and resolve intricate issues pertaining to Exchange Online and its dependencies across the entire mail flow.
• Monitor and enhance the performance and availability of Exchange Online services.
• Perform routine system audits to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Manage identity and access within the Microsoft Cloud environment.
• Develop and enforce policies for identity and access management.
• Familiarity with integration standards such as SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, JSON, SPML, SCIM, and XACML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Exchange Online and identity management solutions with additional IT systems.
• Provide expert-level support and training for both end-users and IT personnel.
• Lead and engage in IT projects associated with email and identity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in managing Exchange Online, Azure, and identity management solutions, including Intune, Teams, and the M365 technology stack.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and various identity management technologies.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
• Practical experience and knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
