This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Spearhead quarterly strategic deployments, taking ownership of quality, timelines, and outcomes to drive eARR.
β’ Oversee the comprehensive implementation strategy, managing complex integrations, stakeholder alignment, and associated risks.
β’ Enhance deployment frameworks by pinpointing inefficiencies and introducing scalable, automated solutions and tools.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, leveraging client insights and technical feedback to influence the roadmap.
β’ Direct cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering for a smooth customer lifecycle delivery.
β’ Establish best practices through scalable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems to improve team consistency.
β’ Facilitate organizational scalability by forecasting capacity, alleviating pipeline constraints, and minimizing future eARR risks.
β’ Utilize AI as a key element to expedite solution design, implementation, and ongoing deployment enhancements.
β’ Minimum of 5 years in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture within SaaS or enterprise software.
β’ Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, including API, SDK, and cloud integrations.
β’ Possess strong technical skills; able to engage with engineering credibly while translating business needs into scalable solutions.
β’ Achieved operational excellence through process, automation, and tooling, significantly enhancing deployment velocity and quality.
β’ Influenced senior cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to guide decisions and align initiatives.
β’ Capable of independently scoping, prioritizing, and executing tasks in ambiguous, high-growth settings; expected to demonstrate rapid ownership and impact within 60 days.
β’ Clear understanding of how deployments affect commercial revenue and retention.
β’ Strong perspective on AI as a transformative element, consistently incorporating it into workflows for enhanced leverage and output.
