Senior Engineer

📋 Description

• Spearhead quarterly strategic deployments, taking ownership of quality, timelines, and outcomes to drive eARR.

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation strategy, managing complex integrations, stakeholder alignment, and associated risks.

• Enhance deployment frameworks by pinpointing inefficiencies and introducing scalable, automated solutions and tools.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, leveraging client insights and technical feedback to influence the roadmap.

• Direct cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering for a smooth customer lifecycle delivery.

• Establish best practices through scalable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems to improve team consistency.

• Facilitate organizational scalability by forecasting capacity, alleviating pipeline constraints, and minimizing future eARR risks.

• Utilize AI as a key element to expedite solution design, implementation, and ongoing deployment enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture within SaaS or enterprise software.

• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, including API, SDK, and cloud integrations.

• Possess strong technical skills; able to engage with engineering credibly while translating business needs into scalable solutions.

• Achieved operational excellence through process, automation, and tooling, significantly enhancing deployment velocity and quality.

• Influenced senior cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to guide decisions and align initiatives.

• Capable of independently scoping, prioritizing, and executing tasks in ambiguous, high-growth settings; expected to demonstrate rapid ownership and impact within 60 days.

• Clear understanding of how deployments affect commercial revenue and retention.

• Strong perspective on AI as a transformative element, consistently incorporating it into workflows for enhanced leverage and output.
