Senior Engineer – Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI applications utilizing NodeJS & TS to enhance product functionalities and user experiences, focusing on applications such as text generation, classification, RAG systems, and more.

• Collaborate with product teams to discover opportunities for leveraging generative AI to address user needs and enhance the platform's capabilities.

• Lead the investigation and application of cutting-edge generative AI techniques, ensuring Front remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

• Provide insights on the infrastructure for training and deploying AI models, ensuring that scalability and efficiency are prioritized.

• Conduct thorough analysis of real-world data to guarantee high-quality model training and continuous iteration.

• Monitor and assess the performance of AI applications, implementing adjustments and enhancements to uphold our high standards.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, championing best practices and integrating new technologies as suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Proven expertise in creating production applications with LLMs and Generative AI models, along with a solid understanding of their foundational technologies.

• Extensive experience with prompting techniques, RAG pipelines, evaluation methods, and fine-tuning LLMs is preferred.

• High learning agility - you thrive when faced with unfamiliar challenges.

• Strong focus on product and user-centric design.

• A bias for impactful results and a pragmatic approach to delivering genuine user value through AI.

• Excellent communication skills that demonstrate a clear and structured thought process, along with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-experts.
