Senior Engagement Manager, Scenarios Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead tailored scenario engagements from initial scoping through to delivery and follow-up.

• Collaborate with senior partners to clarify strategic inquiries and establish clear success metrics.

• Design scenario processes applicable to various institutional settings, including governments, cities, philanthropic organizations, international entities, and businesses.

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions at the senior level.

• Convert intricate information regarding AI capabilities, labor markets, economics, institutions, and policy into understandable and actionable frameworks.

• Generate high-quality written outputs such as briefing documents, workshop presentations, synthesis notes, strategic memos, and updates for partners.

• Manage relationships with clients and partners with discernment, responsiveness, and credibility.

• Coordinate activities among Windfall leadership, researchers, facilitators, communications, operations, event producers, and external experts.

• Contribute to the development of Windfall’s scenario methodology, templates, and delivery infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting at a prestigious firm or equivalent background.

• Experience in a Project Leader/Engagement Manager role, or higher.

• Proven track record of managing complex client or partner engagements from start to finish.

• Exceptional skills in problem structuring, writing, synthesis, and presentation.

• Experience in creating client-ready materials, including strategy presentations, briefing notes, memos, reports, or executive presentations.

• Strong facilitation abilities, particularly with senior or expert audiences.

• Credibility in at least some of the following areas: AI, economics, labor markets, public policy, philanthropy, corporate strategy, scenario planning, or institutional strategy.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, remote, international team environment.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
