Senior Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees all facets of engagement economics and collaborates with various service lines within OneStream to ensure effective management of customer relationships across multiple accounts, driving engagements to successful outcomes and positioning OneStream for future opportunities.

• Delivers comprehensive project management and guarantees effective initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.

• Creates and sustains project plans and schedules that facilitate effective management of scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.

• Frequently updates clients and internal stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks.

• Utilizes OneStream's engagement methodology and acts as a key point of contact for partner-led projects while fostering strong and collaborative relationships with relevant third-party partners and vendors.

• Establishes, nurtures, and maintains relationships with practice directors, regional sales directors, and clients to support consulting service and software license sales.

• Assists and engages in local sales pipeline development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Computer Information Systems, or a comparable field of study.

• 12 - 15 years of relevant work experience, including the implementation of complex software solutions.

• Over 8 years of project management experience or equivalent technology project leadership experience.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management software tools.
