Senior Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous enterprise projects, coordinating both onshore and offshore delivery teams as well as partner resources.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Engineering throughout the pre-sales pipeline stage.

• Co-facilitate regional resource planning meetings, overseeing talent allocation, project margin management, and adherence to corporate compliance.

• Provide detailed project health dashboards, status updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and solutions-focused leadership.

• Conduct structured project closure processes, documenting lessons learned and institutionalizing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• 5 years of experience independently managing mid-to-large scale, complex software implementation projects or technical enterprise initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing matrixed consulting teams while building strong technical relationships with mid-to-senior level customer stakeholders.

• Experience in creating, maintaining, and presenting intricate project governance documents, including Jira backlogs, risk assessments, financial margin analyses, and delivery timelines.

• Strong familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
