This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with teams within our Client Services division to ensure client-facing projects remain on schedule.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the defined scope.
• Organize internal resources along with third parties/vendors to achieve seamless project execution.
• Monitor and assess project budget performance, providing reports on any existing or potential obstacles, risks, surpluses, and deficits.
• Maintain and provide updates on the project pipeline.
• Conclude projects upon completion, transferring project deliverables and documentation to operations.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role.
• Possession of a degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with large and diverse virtual teams.
• Experience in task scheduling.
• Familiarity with project management practices and tools.
• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient user of the MS Office toolset.
• Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors is advantageous.
