Senior Engagement Manager, AI Capability Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Maintain clarity in requirements by gathering, documenting, and updating them regularly.

• Facilitate the planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives on a four-week cycle.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles while managing potential risks.

• Take ownership of the daily business relationship regarding the pod's engagements.

• Keep executives updated on deliverables and progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, delivery, or agile project management.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Proficient in Scrum methodologies and facilitation techniques.

• Excellent communication skills, establishing credibility with executives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Relevant certifications: CSM or PSM, PMP, CBAP (BABOK), or SAFe.
