This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Act as the overall leader of the project team while demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and engage in project management tasks that ensure compliance with Salesforce methodologies.

• Develop and oversee project plans; monitor and evaluate project progress and timelines; modify schedules as necessary.

• Guide teams through the software engineering process utilizing Agile methodologies, showcasing strong analytical and technical skills.

• Lead the requirements gathering process and assist in creating project deliverables and Salesforce documentation as required.

• Engage in comprehensive implementation planning, including project management, risk and issue management, and communication strategies.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business end users.

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, specifically managing external client projects.

• Capability to balance both business and technical requirements to develop a project plan and collaborate effectively to gather information.

• Experience in leading enterprise-level engagements, conducting meetings with client executives, and mentoring senior team members.

• Proven project management expertise with responsibility for leading teams of more than 20 members.

• Strong history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget, with effective budget management abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, complemented by strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Certification in Project Management Methodology, such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally based on customer requirements.
