Senior Encounter Data Management Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the quality, compliance, and operational performance of encounter data.

• Manage a team of 2–5 associates responsible for Medicare and Medicaid encounter data operations.

• Recognize and execute process enhancements to boost efficiency, quality, and compliance.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the correction processes for Medicare and Medicaid encounter errors.

• Share performance outcomes, significant achievements, and areas needing attention with business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid claims, encounters, auditing, or payment integrity operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating the efforts of associates or project teams.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in analyzing large datasets and utilizing data to identify trends, resolve issues, and facilitate decision-making.

• More than 3 years of experience in a health insurance, managed care, healthcare, or related regulatory context.

• Proven track record of delivering precise results in a high-volume environment.
