
Senior Enablement Program Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the enablement intake system by logging requests, triaging on a weekly basis, and making routing decisions within the 48-hour service standard.
• Take ownership of the operating rhythm and program calendar, ensuring that launch-critical tasks receive the necessary protected capacity.
• Oversee product launch programs from start to finish, collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Enablement, Field Enablement, and Revenue Operations to keep each launch on schedule from pre-launch preparations through launch week.
• Maintain the program management framework, which includes DRIs, milestones, dependencies, and status updates across simultaneous launches.
• Develop and sustain OKR tracking and reporting to measure outcomes such as ramp time, attach rate, and win rate, focusing on results rather than just activities.
• Provide support for monetization, offers, and partnership programs with the same level of coordination discipline.
• Create and document standard operating procedures outlining how enablement programs are scoped, developed, and delivered.
• Generate the cross-segment program health overview that leadership utilizes to understand ongoing enablement efforts and their rationale.
• Leverage generative AI to enhance project planning, status synthesis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Enablement Systems Specialist to ensure that intake, tooling, and reporting remain interconnected.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in program or project management, revenue or enablement operations, or a PMO function.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intake and prioritization among various stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
• Proven track record in building OKR tracking and reporting frameworks.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to develop standard operating procedures.
• Excellent project management skills with the capability to prioritize and advance multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
