This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Take charge of the Enablement Operations portfolio, encompassing intake, prioritization, initiative tiers, planning, health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and report-outs.
• Lead or act as the operational lead for strategic programs from conception through launch, adoption, measurement, and transition.
• Develop reusable playbooks for product and maintenance launches, system rollouts, communications, training, hypercare, intervention, and feedback processes.
• Create indicators, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready updates that link activity to readiness, adoption, and business impact.
• Manage systems and data dependencies across enablement, communications, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with program owners on adoption, product enablement, maintenance, scaled programs, AI automation, eLearning governance, competitive intelligence, and field feedback.
• Spot and implement automation and AI opportunities that minimize manual coordination, reporting, communications, activation, and support efforts.
• Establish operating rhythms and decision rights for cross-functional tradeoffs and execution.
• Work alongside IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, Product, PMM, Sales, Customer Education, Support, and field leaders to align requirements and oversee projects and programs.
• Communicate effectively with executives, program owners, technical partners, and end users.
• Proven experience in leading strategic programs, portfolio operations, enablement operations, revenue productivity systems, GTM technology, learning technology, content operations, or a similar enterprise operations function.
• A successful history of managing complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Expertise in designing operating models, governance, intake processes, service models, or lifecycle standards for systems, content, learning, or business processes.
• Strong grasp of enterprise SaaS administration and integrations, including permissions, data flows, reporting, workflow automation, and user adoption.
• Ability to leverage data to pinpoint operational issues, define significant measures, and communicate progress and trade-offs.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, procurement, security, legal, finance, and internal technical partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to customize messages for executives, technical partners, program owners, and end users.
• Proven judgment, accountability, and the ability to progress in ambiguous or shifting environments.
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
