Senior Embedded/Firmware Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate requirements from clients.

• Advise clients and internal teams on solutions, technology stacks, and tools.

• Design, develop, and implement firmware.

• Collaborate with our mobile teams to enhance, optimize, or occasionally troubleshoot communication between devices and companion applications.

• Conduct testing of firmware releases.

• Create and maintain firmware documentation.

• Estimate the time required for your tasks.

• Engage in requirement discussion meetings and daily calls, providing insights on inconsistencies and pending issues.

• Promote improved practices and ensure adherence to established standards.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives both within and outside of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in firmware development.

• Proficiency in C development for embedded systems.

• Familiarity with ESP32 and knowledge of Bluetooth, including BLE.

• Strong written and verbal English skills (minimum B2 level).
