This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Assist in testing prototype boards, validating hardware, bringing up boards, debugging, conducting failure analysis, and performing QA activities.
• Collaborate with hardware designers to troubleshoot board-level issues, confirm hardware repairs, and support ECO modifications during EVT/DVT/PVT validation.
• Conduct failure analysis for defective or returned boards and document the results.
• Generate engineering test reports, maintain records of board testing, and assist in readiness reviews for mass production.
• Oversee the tracking and shipping logistics of prototype boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to investigate issues, enhance quality, and provide production support.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hardware testing, PCBA testing, board bring-up, or product validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in reading schematics, BOMs, and PCB layout files.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
• A strong team player with effective collaboration skills, capable of working well with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient soldering and rework skills.
• Compensation will be determined based on experience and your location while working remotely.
