Senior Email UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete design process for emails and pop-ups for 4–6 intricate client accounts (including gifs, animations, and advanced UI).

• Drive design innovation and play a key role in establishing agency-wide design systems and standards.

• Offer informal art direction to junior designers and represent the design team in pod planning and client presentations.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in email design — a portfolio is essential and should showcase a range of styles and creative direction.

• Proficient in Figma, with expert-level skills and familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini).

• You possess strategic thinking abilities, mentor your peers, and demonstrate an ownership mentality in your work.
