This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Accountable for the development, administration, and support of clinical policies and procedures (P&P), training program curricula, accreditation documents, and other resources aimed at educating clinical team members.
• Enhances knowledge transfer by implementing new and ongoing updates to training programs that reflect the latest clinical P&Ps, evidence-based practice guidelines, accreditation standards, and care/case management models.
• Fosters collaborations with key team members across various departments to align cross-functional initiatives.
• Guarantees that processes, programs, and special projects are developed efficiently and launched successfully.
• 4 to 6 years of pertinent clinical writing experience, including clinical training modules or clinical research writing.
• A valid Registered Nurse License is required.
• A comprehensive understanding of clinical policies and procedures is necessary.
• Must possess a high degree of autonomy and be a self-starter.
• Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills are required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams at an intermediate to advanced level is preferred.
