Senior Editorial Copywriter – Home

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead copywriter and subject matter expert for editorial content across various platforms including site, social media, print, out-of-home, and outbound marketing deliverables.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the team when collaborating cross-functionally on tactical concepts and initiatives for Anthropologie Home's editorial storytelling.

• Assist the Director of Editorial Copy in the development of editorial franchises, content series, and other frameworks to guide the Brand Voice team.

• Support managers and senior team members in creating resources and efficiencies to enhance workflow.

• Mentor and guide junior team members by reviewing their work, top editing, providing initial feedback, leading brainstorming sessions, and demonstrating leadership capabilities.

• Remain consistently aware of trends in the Home Furnishings, Housewares, and Entertaining sectors to ensure that storytelling remains fresh, modern, and relevant, thereby serving as an inspiration for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing within the Home Furnishings, Housewares, or Entertaining industries.

• Strong editorial capabilities with a knack for creating persuasive and engaging messaging.

• Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and consistency in style.

• Proven experience in supporting editorial and content strategies.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems.

• Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and consumer engagement abilities.
