This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
• Create and refine high-quality marketing and campaign copy across various channels, including web, email, paid media, social media, and landing pages.
• Act as the content authority for your designated brands, effectively balancing brand voice with the nuances of each platform.
• Assist in the development of product messaging and positioning by converting complex ideas into clear, customer-centric language.
• Serve as the primary creative lead for assigned brands, identifying opportunities for content optimization and presenting creative concepts to clients.
• Collaborate with designers to produce engaging, on-brand content that resonates with the target audiences of our clients.
• Work in partnership with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and channels.
• Contribute to content strategy and campaign concepts, bringing ideas to fruition through compelling storytelling.
• Write and enhance SEO-friendly content to boost organic traffic and improve discoverability.
• Edit and proofread content to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand standards.
• Tailor messaging for diverse audiences, formats, and stages of the marketing funnel.
• Deliver results promptly by leveraging AI tools for content creation.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate rapidly while ensuring high-quality content.
• Recognize that the creative process continues after publication; analyze performance metrics and proactively seek opportunities for ongoing optimization and enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, shifts in tone, and best practices in marketing copy and storytelling.
• Collaborate with brand and media teams to create a unified approach to achieving client success.
• 3–6+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience writing across various formats (digital, web, email, campaigns, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing writing related to marketing, branding, or products.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Brand, media, development).
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
• Experience adhering to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application for efficient work scaling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
