CRM Copy Writer

📋 Description

• Create engaging and focused content for various CRM channels, such as email, SMS, in-app messages, and push notifications.

• Design messaging for the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.

• Develop transactional and automated communications that enhance the user experience.

• Customize messages for distinct customer personas and user segments.

• Partner with the Head of CRM to enhance messaging strategies informed by performance analytics.

• Regularly test subject lines, calls to action, and message formats to boost engagement and conversion rates.

• Evaluate open rates, click-through rates, and customer feedback to improve copy effectiveness.

• Remain informed about best practices for email deliverability, spam filters, and mobile-friendly formatting.

• Ensure all communications are consistent with Moniepoint’s brand voice, tone, and personality.

• Strike a balance between creativity and clarity, ensuring messages are captivating, informative, and action-oriented.

• Collaborate closely with CRM, design, product, and customer support teams to synchronize messaging with overarching marketing objectives.

• Offer copy guidance for visual components in CRM campaigns.

• Over 3 years of experience in CRM copywriting, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.

• An evolving portfolio that displays email, SMS, and in-app messaging content.

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, conversion-focused copy for digital customer interactions.

• Proficiency in various CRM platforms.

• Capability to blend creativity with essential information to enhance messaging effectiveness.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is a plus.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices for email content is advantageous.
