📋 Description

• **You will:**

• - Design, manage, and continually enhance Midnite’s fundamental economy systems, which encompass XP, rewards, progression, incentives, and various player currencies.

• - Develop forecasting models and simulations to assess player behavior, economic health, and the effects of system modifications prior to launch.

• - Oversee real-time economy performance, pinpointing imbalances, exploitative behaviors, and opportunities for boosting engagement and retention.

• - Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to implement, refine, and scale economy systems across the platform.

• - Leverage data, experimentation, and player insights to influence product decisions and define long-term economic strategies.

• - Will possess over 5 years of experience in economy design, data science, or applied economics, ideally within gaming, betting, or other systems-driven products.

• - Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative modeling abilities (e.g., simulation, forecasting, or probabilistic systems), with expertise in tools such as SQL and Python.

• - Have prior experience in designing or balancing intricate systems (e.g., economies, rewards, marketplaces).

• - Exhibit a profound understanding of experimentation and data-driven iteration.

• - Be capable of merging player intuition with rigorous analysis.

• - Possess clear communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• - Hold a background in economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
