This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Lead the analysis of eCommerce performance, shopper marketing campaigns, customer marketing initiatives, and investment effectiveness to pinpoint optimization opportunities and provide growth-oriented recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance regular scorecards to monitor progress against eCommerce KPIs, campaign performance, investment analytics, and Perfect Screen execution for Target and ADUSA.
• Combine customer, consumer, and internal data into compelling selling narratives with clear “so what / now what” recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee campaign and program documentation, covering planned tactics, budgets, in-market assets, performance outcomes, and key insights; coordinate routines to disseminate learnings and drive actions.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, retailers, and Retail Media Networks to facilitate execution, performance management, and ongoing improvement.
• Assist in the creation of a comprehensive digital strategy by identifying performance trends, uncovering insights, and contributing thought leadership that informs customer and business recommendations.
• Manage and resolve invoicing and bill-payment processes across centralized bill pay teams, vendors, retailers, agencies, and Retail Media Networks; ensure accountability for timely and accurate payments.
• Tailor national brand creative and marketing strategies to meet specific customer needs in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
• Support Senior Managers in business planning and daily execution, including budget tracking, customer-facing presentations, media and brand meeting preparations, and other necessary business support.
• Experience in CPG, retail, eCommerce, syndicated data (Nielsen & IRI), customer marketing, and/or retail media is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and other reporting or dashboard tools to generate clear business insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results across internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, visual, and presentation communication skills; able to simplify complex data into an understandable narrative.
• Proven track record of leading regular business processes, reporting routines, or campaign analyses with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable representing the eCommerce and customer marketing team internally across Sales, Category Leadership, Finance, Marketing, agencies, and customer-facing partners.
