Senior Due Diligence Manager – EV Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough physical due diligence

• Transform intricate technical data into clear 'Go/No-Go' feasibility reports

• Evaluate the correspondence between current site conditions and technical specifications

• Navigate intricate municipal zoning laws, land-use regulations, and local building codes

• Oversee the acquisition and critical assessment of ALTA surveys, Title Commitments, and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments

• Collaborate with the Real Estate and Transaction Management teams

• Manage a national or regional network of third-party consultants

• Review consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field

• At least 7-10 years of experience in construction, due diligence, land acquisition, and/or land development within a commercial firm

• Strong organizational and management capabilities

• Proficient presentation skills

• Expertise in Google Suite, Bluebeam, and construction project management tools

• Exceptional communication abilities.
