Senior Domo Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional implementation team tasked with delivering Rove's tourism data products to a worldwide clientele while adhering to industry best practices.

• Engage with clients to ascertain product implementation priorities, dependencies, and customization needs.

• Coordinate with data operations team members to manage the ingestion of Rove’s core product datasets into Domo.

• Design and construct data pipelines in Domo to accommodate product customizations or ad hoc requests.

• Create data visualizations and dashboards for use in Domo and embedded settings.

• Aid in the development of technical and user documentation to empower internal teams and customers to derive maximum value from Rove’s data products.

• Contribute to the formulation of customer strategies to enhance the utilization of Rove’s data offerings.

• Provide insights to product development teams regarding future product feature enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, data science, applied mathematics, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with the Domo platform or comparable solutions (such as SiSense, Qlik, etc.), ideally within a startup Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Business Intelligence (BI) implementation services environment.

• Proficient in ETL and SQL with a solid grasp of the underlying architecture for developing efficient data pipelines.

• Strong capabilities in data visualization and data storytelling.

• Background as a business analyst or experience in conducting business and technical requirements planning sessions.

• Experience in statistical analysis and model development is preferred but not mandatory.
