
Senior District Sales Manager, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Direct the district sales team to meet revenue objectives while providing guidance and resources.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Key Account Managers, Customer Excellence, and sales peers to implement both short- and long-term strategies and initiatives.
• Execute Business Unit strategies to enhance product penetration and optimize customer engagement across various channels.
• Formulate district sales plans and assist in crafting annual plans and updated best estimates for the business unit.
• Keep track of market trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, business conditions, and growth prospects within the assigned territory.
• Evaluate data, inputs, and proposals to modify plans and strategies as necessary.
• Provide the General Manager and Marketing with insights on industry trends, customer dynamics, competition, opportunities, and threats.
• Create account strategies and tactical plans while fostering relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Manage district inventory and product controls, including expiration management and product experience reporting.
• Recruit, mentor, assess, and develop sales personnel; strengthen the district talent pool and succession planning.
• Distribute district and representative budgets, personnel, and resources; arrange sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
• Promote EHS initiatives, ensuring safety, biohazard safety, compliance, ethical practices, and adherence to the Code of Business Conduct.
• Assess compliance metrics and reinforce desired behaviors and outcomes.
• A B.A., B.S. or a healthcare-related diploma/degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with resilience, a growth mindset, and a results-oriented approach.
• Minimum of five years in commercial roles, including experience as a representative.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both written (traditional) and spoken.
• Taiwanese language skills are preferred.
