Senior Director, Workday Integrations Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience serving as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.

• More than 6 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and comprehensive technical work-stream ownership.

• Must possess experience in managing a team.

• Experience with Studio is essential.

• Familiarity with Orchestrate is advantageous!

• Ability to manage and support program planning initiatives.

• Proven capabilities in leadership, organization, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership.

• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication, presentation skills, technical documentation, user liaison, and interpersonal abilities.

• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment under pressure.

• Experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.

• Background in HR, finance, operations, or research administration within a university, hospital, or academic medical center.
