This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.
• Responsible for the growth, client retention, and profitability of Wholesale Markets.
• Tasked with the future design of the Wholesale Markets product offerings, branding, and marketing, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Emphasize innovative solutions by identifying new market opportunities to broaden existing product offerings.
• Serve as a strong influencer to cultivate and sustain both internal and external relationships, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
• Oversee all wholesale market initiatives, including strategies for acquiring new clients, securing new business, and finalizing client contracts.
• Propel the new sales pipeline, growth, and effective prospecting of new client opportunities.
• Supervise account, clinical, and product leaders along with their teams to ensure resolution of client issues, operational efficiencies, and alignment across functions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• At least 8+ years of relevant leadership experience in Account Management, Product Management, or Pharma Contracting.
• Proven track record in people leadership, managing a high-performing team with multi-functional expertise.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and business transformation within uncertain and ambiguous environments.
• Background in developing, launching, and managing Healthcare products and programs.
• Preferred experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Pharmacy Benefit Services.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic insight.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate hypotheses and conclusions while recognizing underlying assumptions.
• Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capability to establish strong relationships with executive leaders, both internally and externally.
• Proficient in working cross-functionally to define, scope, analyze, and resolve strategic issues.
