This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the marketing strategy and execution for US healthcare professionals in the areas of Obesity and Related Conditions.
• Accountable for personal promotion, omnichannel engagement, digital marketing initiatives, training, and field marketing programs that are essential for launch readiness and ongoing commercial success.
• Supervise the creation of integrated HCP engagement plans, ensuring alignment across various customer touchpoints.
• Lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering significant customer experiences and achieving business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with patient marketing leadership to ensure a unified and integrated customer engagement approach for both healthcare professionals and patients.
• Guarantee consistent campaign implementation, aligned messaging, and smooth customer interactions across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Build and manage a high-performing HCP marketing and omnichannel organization.
• Set clear priorities, operating models, and ways of working that facilitate launch readiness and sustained growth.
• Doctorate degree with 5 years of marketing experience OR Master’s degree with 9 years of marketing experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of marketing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in directly managing people and/or leadership experience in guiding teams, projects, programs, or directing resource allocation.
• Extensive experience in HCP marketing, personal promotion, omnichannel engagement, digital marketing, and field marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Proven track record in leading commercialization efforts for significant product launches, launch readiness activities, or high-growth brands.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated HCP marketing strategies across personal, digital, and non-personal channels.
• Experience in creating sales materials, promotional campaigns, training programs, and field engagement strategies that enhance commercial performance.
• Proven success in building and leading high-performing marketing organizations and nurturing top talent.
• Strong grasp of omnichannel marketing, customer engagement strategies, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Established ability to collaborate effectively with sales leadership and ensure alignment between marketing strategy and field execution.
• Experience in leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders in highly matrixed environments.
• Proven capability to integrate HCP and patient marketing strategies to create cohesive customer experiences and maximize business impact.
• Exceptional executive communication, strategic planning, and organizational leadership skills.
• History of achieving results in fast-paced, high-visibility, and high-accountability settings.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational excellence and disciplined execution.
