• Lead account operations: Manage all facets of the Northwell account, including Member Services, Claims Operations, Account Management teams, and a fully dedicated workforce to ensure operational excellence.
• Build executive relationships: Forge strong connections and credibility with account stakeholders at all levels of the organization through a consistent executive presence, extensive domain knowledge, and thorough preparation.
• Drive clinical cost strategy: Collaborate with the medical management team to analyze clinical cost experiences, develop cost containment strategies, and achieve significant savings from these initiatives.
• Own strategic outcomes: Take responsibility for dependable revenue, growth, and clinical outcome goals that convert deep relationships into substantial value.
• Identify client objectives: Actively comprehend client goals, challenges, and leadership priorities while identifying obstacles and creating actionable, client-specific strategic plans that enhance satisfaction, success, and ROI.
• Deliver business insights: Create and present business reviews that extract insights from data, assisting clients in planning future directions with a focus on health costs and procedural cost experiences, alongside executive reporting, strategic planning, product capability overviews, and thought leadership presentations.
• Ensure client satisfaction: Promote positive client satisfaction metrics and oversee proactive action plans necessary to maintain strong relationships and secure referenceable client status.
• Monitor contractual obligations: Verify compliance with all client contractual obligations and communicate any contractual risks to the appropriate Personify Health leadership.
• Lead by example: Establish high standards, provide valuable coaching, support cross-functional teams, and exemplify diligent preparation, consistent performance, and continuous improvement in all accountable actions.
• Contribute to leadership team: Act as a member of the Client Growth Leadership Team to develop and promote consistent standards of excellence while guiding and sustaining diverse, high-performing teams.
• Represent Personify Health externally: Engage in thought leadership presentations, industry conferences, and client events as necessary to enhance brand visibility.
• Support broader organization: Collaborate with other departments within Personify Health as required to drive overall enterprise success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in third-party administration, insurance, or a related industry
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Solid experience in TPA operations is required
• Experience managing tiers within hospital systems is essential
• Proven skills in account service, consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, procedures, and administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Ability to extract insights from data and present complex health cost and procedural cost information to executive audiences
• Strong understanding of clinical cost containment strategies and medical management practices
• Knowledge of regulatory issues impacting benefit plans
