This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards & HR Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that pay practices are equitable, competitive in the market, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the compensation philosophy.
• Lead the design, governance, administration, and enhancement of compensation programs.
• Act as a strategic advisor on compensation matters for executives and HR leaders.
• Develop and oversee compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentive plans, and long-term incentive programs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to create executive compensation analyses and presentations.
• Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.
• Manage and administer severance programs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in compensation, including at least 4 years in a leadership role within a high-performing team.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and human resources practices, processes, and standards.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization undergoing transformation.
• CCP designation is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with analytical tools and software packages.
