• Oversee the strategic implementation of our People technology stack and automate processes.
• Collaborate with leadership from the People and Data teams to provide impactful workforce analytics.
• Remove workflow obstacles by automating manual tasks.
• Design a digital ecosystem that enhances organizational productivity.
• Transition smoothly between strategic planning and operational execution.
• A minimum of 8 years in technology, operations, and/or analytics positions.
• At least 5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday and the overall People systems strategy and landscape.
• Proven ability to analyze People data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in a modern BI environment (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• A history of designing and automating People processes across various domains.
• Exceptional skill in interpreting both technical and non-technical requirements.
